Consultancy Services for the Start-Up Workshop of the Yemen Vocational Literacy Program for Poverty Reduction

Description

This short consultancy assignment mainly served for preparing for the implementation of the VOLIP project of terms in inputs, resources, works and activities, procedures, output and outcomes, etc. in addition to developing a strong base for smooth project implementation. NSCE consultants succeeded in setting up the organizational structure to manage the project and familiarize all stakeholders with different project components in terms of planning, implementation and defining the roles and responsibilities for each actor and putting an action plan and M&E procedures to be carried out within the framework of IDB policies and national regulations in Yemen.
