Description

A joint venture of MDF and NSCE signed a contract with the Ministry of International Cooperation (MoIC) to build the capacities and enhance soft skills of the Ministerial staff in the fields of Official Development Assistance (ODA) Management, Information Technology (IT), Business Skills and Stakeholder Outreach. 

MDF/NSCE consortium was responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive integrated training programme, including building an integrated e-learning training platform on the Ministry’s intranet with training materials for self-learning, in the fields of Information Technology and Business Soft Skills that would equip the staff of MoIC  (Senior Managers, Senior Officers, Middle Managers, and Middle Officers, junior staff, and Administrative staff) with needed tools required for enhancing the overall performance of the Ministry.

Services 

Training Needs Assessment & Training Action Plan

  • TNA through direct observation, questionnaires, extensive consultations with staff members in key position
  • Identify the existing knowledge and skill level, the required skills, and the capacity gaps of different staff categories and fine-tune the training modules to be proposed, 
  • Determine the training and knowledge requirements for overcoming the weaknesses and raising the strengths and competencies of the staff.
  • developing a comprehensive integrated training program, including curriculum and tools for enhancing the overall performance of the Ministry.
  • Provide a customized result based management plan and training action plan in terms of the training program delivery over the duration of the contract.
