Gender Component

Description

The goal of the ECD gender component is to introduce gender awareness in early childhood development curricula in
NGOs through conducting interactive participatory workshops and training to analyze constrains, set priorities and
solve problems with all key actors participating in the project. Part of activities included books and publications to
address the importance of gender equality during the early socialization process.

Services

To strengthen the managerial and technical skills of the targeted organizations staff members, NSCE developed and designed a special training programme on organization management and financial management within the framework of Early Childhood Development (ECD) project.
