Conducting a study leveraging both desk and field research to identify and understand the challenges faced by small-scale farmers as a result of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic with the aim of providing recommendations for and guiding future interventions by JICA designed to alleviate the negative impacts of COVID-19 on small-scale farmers.
