Description

  • To contribute to the enhancement of the craft sub-sector in Egypt in producing high quality craft products, that are nationally and internationally competitive, and ensure a growing number of households with adequate income, through providing tailored trainings to develop further the skills of the craft people.

Services

  • Assessing the needs of the craft people.
  • Designing / tailoring planned training programs for the producers groups / craft people.
  • Preparing and tailoring the training curricula and modules in different fields; Business Management,  Communication Skills, Marketing Skills, Product Development, Product Management, and Quality Assurance.
  • Providing CVs in the relevant training fields and effectively select and recruit qualified relevant trainers.
  • Coordinating training activities.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training activities.
  • Liaising between the project stakeholders, team members and beneficiaries for all activities of common concern.
  • Handling all field work and logistical arrangements.
  • Project management and monitoring.
  • Overall supervision and guidance.
  • Overall quality control.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
