- Situation Analysis on the potential development of SANABEL’s target sector;

- Assessment on opportunities for Sanabel upgrade and digital transformation.

Participatory Strategic Workshop (SANABEL Strategic Planning Retreat)
- Development and moderation of Two-days Strategic Planning Workshop with the SANABEL Board & Strategy Committee to present the findings of the gap assessment and provide recommendations for matching the target groups’ needs and expectations
- Development of recommendations on an approach to solve the members’ reluctance to digital services, increase IT agility, and enhance SANABEL’s ability to offer digital services remotely
Development Five Year Strategic Business Plan
