Description

NSCE is a member of a multi-disciplinary team in charge of the preparation of the national strategy for the eradication of
poverty and exclusion.

Services

• Reviewing the dimension, coverage of the poverty, the effectiveness of the national anti-poverty programme in term of gender, age and geographical location
• Analyzing the mechanism leading to exclusion and poverty and identifying the related institutional constraints
• Contributing to the preparation of the background documents and the national strategy for poverty reduction in general and more specifically:
  • the development of an outreach capacity of the current institutional to reach the target group
  • gender mainstreaming and poverty reduction in the national program
  • the integration of an effective economic empowerment process through introduction of life skills, entrepreneurship development and delivery of financial services to the marginalized and excluded groups.
