Description
The project evaluated the performance of the project based on the dimensions related to its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence and sustainability. The results of the Compact were measured in terms of outcomes and impacts, positive or negative, expected or unexpected based on beneficiaries, institutions, project governance, the environment, and the perception of change among stakeholders.
The degree of the implementation of the midterm review recommendations had been analysed to assess their impacts on the project performances.
The results of the interviews with the key actors at different levels of the micro-finance sector captured the essence of experience and developed a cluster of skills and knowledge that helped improve future programs to strengthen the sector in Morocco and in the region.
