ILO and UNDP jointly commissioned NSCE to identify the team for the project aiming to upgrade Historical Islamic Cairo through
employment strategies. NSCE was also responsible for the identification of target areas and planned and carried out computer mapping and digitizing of target areas with subsequent extraction of quantities. NSCE was in addition in charge for the design, layout and production of the final report.
