Gender-sensitive and -responsive analysis
Description
The specific objective of the assignment was to develop a concrete gender strategy that depended on a gender analysis of the planning and operations of the project through different stages.
The strategy introduced gender-sensitive goals/targets and indicators to monitor and evaluate the progress in addition it foresaw in gender-responsive resource allocation and effective partnerships and network. The strategy aimed at covering Institutional development, in terms of developing guidelines and building the capacity of the staff. For an effective implementation of the gender strategy, the team of experts introduced a gender mainstreaming trainings plan of the PDP staff and partners to equip them to plan, implement, and report on gender for their respective components and activities.
