Strategic positioning of ENDA Inter-Arabe

Description

The project aims to assist Enda in the development of a five-year strategic plan for the existing NGO, Enda inter-arabe, after the company, Enda Tamweel, takes over the financial services including relationships between the two institutions.

NSCE was invited to join the assignment in the elaboration of the strategic positioning of Enda inter-arabe in areas related to the NGO’s organizational development and the organisation and expansion of the non-financial services it already proposes in Tunisia. 

The deliverables was:

  • An evaluation of current non-financial services with proposals for improvement, expansion, and outreach;
  • A short version of the strategic plan for submission to the ACM, followed by a full-length draft and final five-year strategic plan for the NGO including an organizational diagram of its staff structure;
  • A concise report including project activities and results.

Services

The tasks include: the organizational audit of the non-financial department, as well as the scenarios of transformation into an NGO dedicated to the development of territories/municipalities populations of the 78 antennas, through economic and social autonomous services.

The services are as follows: 

  • Review documents, planning research tools;
  • Participatory organizational diagnosis, ENDA staff (workshop);
  • Survey/interview partners for the evaluation of the demand and of the competition;
  • Data compilation, analysis, market positioning, Writing draft report;
  • Consultation, strategy validation workshop;
  • Writing, 5-year business plan describing the mechanism of implementation.
