Project Objective
The objective of the Study was to assess the existing micro-finance sector in Tajikistan and accordingly suggest a suitable intervention model for IDB in line with the objectives of the Micro Finance Development Program MDP. The intervention model included establishing/ strengthening a microfinance institution and development of the related enabling environment, as needed in order to promote and develop Islamic micro finance
