MEL Capacity Building for the Social Fund for Development (SFD)

Description

The target groups of this workshop were 13 field officers of Social Fund for Development in Aswan and Qena regions. These field officers are responsible for monitoring implemented projects in these regions and reporting on the achieved and unachieved activities.

Services

This training course improved participant’s capabilities to understand the project documents and to define the monitoring items and elements. In addition, Participants learned the skills needed to use designed indicators and measurement tools. It also enhanced the participants’ skills to design and apply monitoring and evaluation checklists. In the reporting part, the participants were trained on delivering short and effective monitoring and evaluation reports.
